Here is my story sir alex:
I think I was already 10 or 11 weeks pregnant when we did the procedure. I was really nervous at first kasi baka magkamali ako or magkaron ng complications pero madali ma-contact si sir John Kaya parang kasama lang din namin sya to guide us through it. I started the low folate diet at 6am,medyo mahirap sya kasi I was at work that time Kaya nakakagutom talaga. Ang food ko Lang nun ay 1 Apple tsaka water lang tas fasting na ko till morning after that day. Nakainom lang ako ng water nung nag mife intake ako ng 12am. Tas low folate ulit the next day. Then day 3 came, Yung pinaka kinakabahan ako kasi eto Yung medyo mahirap gawin and nakakastress. When we were done with the V miso, mga after 1hr lang nagka cramps agad ako. So to ease the pain, naglagay na lang ako ng hot compress. Medyo nawawala sya onti onti pero after ng Ilan pang hours di ko na Kaya. So I asked sir John if I could take an advil for painkillers. Good thing, pumayag namn sya. He said I could drink 1 advil with 1 cup of water. Then nawala na Yung sakit, after 30mins I felt a gush of blood so i was thinking na nagstart na mageffect Yung miso. Around 9:50 I changed my diaper kasi feeling ko puno na. Then we saw na may lumabas na mga clot ng blood and to make sure na lumabas na talaga sir John told me to take pictures and send it to sir Alex then continue with the buccal miso. After an hour nagtetext si
Sir John and told me to just swallow the miso at 11:30 am then I can drink and eat water after an hour. The most hard part is the fasting and the cramps but after the procedure, parang ang gaan sa feeling pero syempre nandun pa din Yung guilt. My advice for the other girls that if they are really not sure if they will continue the pregnancy, project 486 will be able to help you. The process will be hard pero kakayanin para maging okay. I am now on the process of recovery, thanks to sir John and sir alex for guiding me all through out the procedure. Thank you!
*sir pakipalitan na lang po Yung name and age haha thanks
