At that moment, I wasn’t sure if I should tell my friends or keep it to myself, but it was too overwhelming, so I showed them the test and cried, telling them I wasn’t ready. I called my boyfriend afterward. In just one day, it felt like a total emotional rollercoaster.

 

To cut the story short, my boyfriend and I talked and decided not to continue with the pregnancy. We weren’t ready to become parents—we had no income, and we felt it wasn’t fair to bring a child into the world without being able to provide for it. That was the reality we had to accept.

 

At that time, my friends knew someone who had gone through a medical abortion and connected us with them. While we were waiting, I saw an online post selling abortion pills, and we decided to buy them, not realizing it was a scam. We paid a 1k down payment, but it was non-refundable, so we let it slide. After that, I reached out directly to you after seeing the response from Sir Alex through my friend’s email.

 

Fortunately, your response was quick, and I was able to follow Sir Alex’s instructions before being transferred to Sir John. The interaction was smooth, and they were very open, which made me feel comfortable opening up. That was so important for me, especially since I felt lost and unsure about what to do. What really made me trust them was how they answered all my questions—with respect and professionalism.

 

With that, my boyfriend and I decided to go ahead with the procedure. With Sir John’s help, I received the proper medicine and a well-structured timetable to follow.

 

It wasn’t easy. On the supposed first day of the procedure, I had an exam, and I also caught a bad flu. My body was exhausted, and I was stressed, constantly worrying about whether it would work. When the procedure day arrived, I felt better and continued following Sir John’s timetable. Thankfully, nothing serious happened in the first two days—no vomiting, just a lot of anxiety.

 

Then came Day 3, the “Misoprostol day.” Like the previous days, I followed all the instructions, though my nerves were still high. The 8-hour pillow maneuver was really tough—my body ached, but I’m incredibly thankful my boyfriend stayed by my side the whole time. The pain wasn’t too intense, but it made me worry because I hadn’t bled yet, while others had. Thankfully, the POC came out smoothly at 12 AM. In the end, the procedure was a success, but I still feel both relieved and guilty.
