Hi, maayong adlaw sa tanan! Just call me Fate, a BPO worker somewhere in Cebu. It all started when I became so worried na wala pako gidugo on my expected date of mens this month of October. I’m starting to suspect that I may be pregnant. Just the thought of it, got me mixed emotions – fear, conscience, guilt, anxious. While nag work ko, I was so bothered with my situation. So after my shift, I decided to take a PT on the expected second day of my missed period. Kulba kaayo ko ani nga time sa possible results. So when I read the PT, naa syay duha ka lines, a very clear one and the other is blurry but you can tell that it had two lines. I was shaking and my heart beat really fast nga mura nakog atakehon sa kataranta. I kept on gaslighting myself nga wala ra, nga mali ra ang PT coz I have read some articles that PT is not 100% accurate. So, I decided to take another PT after 2 days. The result came in and that time, mas niclear najud ang two lines. So mura jud kog nahugno. But I was still convinced and took another PT after 4 days and yet, same results nga positive gyapon. Wala ko kasabot sa akong gibati. I had no one to talk to during this time coz diko ganahan naay makahibaw and we broke up sakong partner prior these times nga nahibaw an nakong buros ko. One thought came into my mind, ipaabort nako ang baby. Before, I was really against abortion that I remembered during my high school and college days, debating about abortion plus I came from a Catholic school. But I can say, lahi rajud if you yourself experience the situation. For my case, this is the best way for me as a bread winner to my family and for someone who is not mentally, emotionally, and financially ready for this.
So, I have a friend nga nakashare about sa iyang experience nga nagpakuha daw sya recently. It was so random coz I did not tell anyone about my situation, and nikalit ra syag brought up ani nga topic. I don’t know if it was a sign for me to really push through with my plans. The scenario was, I pretended to have a cousin who was preggy and kunohay gihelp nako sya. So I got a chance to ask and get curious about the process and all. She recommended her friend to me nga namaligya daw ug abortion pills. She told me nga 8 daw kabuok tablets ang need itake. So, I rushed to buy them for my cousin “kunohay”. When I received the pills, gisulod ra syag plastic and walay cover sa meds. I was kinda hesitant to take it that time kay walay brand and name ang meds. It was small, has color white and has hexagon shape. So, when I googled it, I can say nga Misoprostol sya and yes it is one of the abortion pills. So, I was already not hesitant to take it. Nag think nalang ko nga maybe gitanggalan syag cover for safe and security purposes since it is an illegal med. I followed carefully all the instructions given to me such as fasting, vaginal intake, etc. I was kinda relieved that day and hopeful nga it will work. I had dizziness, LBM, fever, and massive cramps felt after taking the pills. But sadly, I did not experience any bleeding afterwards and that means the abortion was not completed. Nag worry nasad ko ani nga time and asked help sa akong friend. Told her that my cousin experienced all those na experience nako HAHA. Idk, I don’t have any ideas najud kay desperate nakayko nga makuha ato timema. It worked man sad without them knowing the real happenings HAHA. Anyways, she told me nga another dose of 8 pills nasad daw because kapit daw kaayo ang baby and even reasoned out nga instructions were not followed thoroughly when I even did step-by-step. I’ve spent 12k na sa 16 kabuok tablets and yet same thing happened. I was not bleeding, sge rag cramps and other side effects. The seller and my friend forced nga need nasad ug third dose and this time makuha najud daw. But I no longer bought them coz I was scared nga basin ma overdose and was afraid for the side effects of those pills to my body. I scheduled an appointment with OB to see the current status of my pregnancy. I was afraid that they may find out what I took but wala raman diay. Results on my TVS and Serum HCG test show that I am still positive on pregnancy and that naa na daw sac sa baby but no embryo yet. They also found out nga naay hemorrhage inside which I thought nga effect guro to sa pills nga ako gitake but I did not say anything sa Doc basin makasab an pako.
I felt so hopeless until I tried to search on Google and any other related websites about abortion. There, I found the Project 486. The stories I have read were interesting and had similar experiences of me buying fake abortion pills. I was hesitant at first coz I was traumatized by my first experience but I took the courage and grab the opportunity to inquire. Alex and Doc JJ were very friendly and professional. Doc JJ was very informative and made sure that you understand and are aware of every information being provided starting from the abortion products, the process, the side effects and everything that you need to know. I can say, this is legit coz their primary goal is not to force you to buy their products/pills but to make sure that you fully understand everything about abortion. Without hesitations, I purchased their products and wala jud ko nagmahay nga gi grab nakong opportunity to contact them. All stresses and pressures are now gone because my abortion process was successful. Doing all these things alone was never been easy but I’m thankful enough for Project 486 and especially to Doc JJ for guiding me always. I never felt alone doing the process.
My advise to everyone especially those Filipinas who have unwanted pregnancies is that make decisions wisely. Don’t fall into any traps for fake sellers and fake medicines. Always verify and do your research before taking actions. Let’s also practice safe sex by using contraceptives. That’s all hehe.
