Abortion Pills in Angeles City, Pampanga

I took 5 PT tests. 2 came out negative, while the other 3 had a faint positive line. I got scared, but I remained calm. I bought 3 PTs again just to make sure, 1 came out negative, and the other 2 had a faint positive line. This time I was shaking, but I already knew what I had to do. I was sure.

Even before all of this happened, I have already figured out a plan on what to do just in case I’d get pregnant (Even if I was taking pills – still not a guarantee) that’s why I have always been prepared. It was the most sensible thing to do since I am active and I never really dreamed of having a kid. I have witnessed a lot of women who were forced to raise a kid/kids even if they weren’t ready, just because abortion was never really an option. Or too risky in this country. Or worse, they figured out that they were pregnant when it was too late. And I didn’t want that for me.

Glad I was able to monitor my cycle and detect my pregnancy as early as 3 weeks. Luckily, even before I figured out I was pregnant, I already have Sir John’s phone number because of a friend who’s a past patient of theirs. She texted him using my number and I saved it just in case. And so I contacted him right away. We had a long talk. And even before we really had that conversation, I have already trusted him/their team – 100% since I was there when my friend did her procedure and it was a success. I really felt safe when sir John explained everything to me. He reassured me that I have nothing to worry about. As long as I follow his instructions.

He advised me to take another PT in the morning just to make sure that I am 100% pregnant before we proceed. Since it was just 3 weeks since my first sexual contact after my last menstruation.

Took 5 PTs and it all came out with a faint positive line. Informed sir John right away. He then texted me all the information I needed to know  (My timetable, things I needed to prepare for the procedure, the meds and their prices. And also the discounts that are available). Gave their team a heads-up that I will be doing the transaction the next day.

Bought the meds/necessities the next day. Received the package after 3 days. The team gave me +1 free misoprostol which I’m very thankful for.

Informed Sir John that I will be doing the procedure next week – just so that I could mentally and physically prepare. Even if I was 100% sure of my decision, it still wasn’t easy for me.

Day 1 and day 2 went by smoothly. No pain/discomfort so far.  I got a bit anxious though because I don’t really know how to swallow pills/capsules but I was able to do it. Day 3 came and that’s when the fear and worry started to kick in. I checked in at a hotel with my friend and prepared everything that we needed for the procedure. I so got anxious to the point where in I really just wanted it to be over already, But sir John was there to remind me from time to time to just relax/think of happy thoughts. He told me to just relax and not think too much about the outcome. And indeed it eased my worries. Talking to my friend who had the same experience really helped a lot as well.

At 4 pm I inserted 3 miso tabs on my V. I put on my diapers and did the pillow maneuver. My friend being there really helped a lot. We talked about life, about a lot of things and she was really there to cheer me up. We also kept on laughing which helped because it distracted me from what was happening. There weren’t really any physical pains/discomfort. Just mild cramps.  I have read a lot of stories about abortion and most women had really bad cramps. fever, chills and some of them even passed out during the procedure. I thought it would be the same for me that’s why I kind of got scared, however even up until the second miso intake at 8 pm until I finished the procedure, all I had was just cramps. That’s it. Thank God. I really prayed for it to just go smoothly. However, the only challenge was just finding/expelling the POC.

When I stood up to clean, wash, and pee, I thought the POC is going to be expelled right away. However, when I checked, it wasn’t there. I looked over and over again in the arinola and there was no POC. I was advised by sir John to go back to bed and rest for a bit, and sleep if I want to. I kinda got nervous because what if it failed? But it was early to tell. And my gut was telling me that there was nothing to worry about. And I trusted it and calmed down.

At 3 am, I felt the need to poop, and while I was defecating, I felt like there was something coming out of me, I was sweating hard. I didn’t wanna waste any time and so I pushed it out of me as well. I was hungry and sleepy so it took all of my strength to do it. It was worth it though because when I checked the arinola, I saw the POC right away. It was overwhelming for me. I honestly didn’t know what to feel. All I see is really just a ball of flesh. A tiny one and some blood. It didn’t really sink in to me.

I texted sir John right away and answered his questions. I finally got his confirmation that I am no longer pregnant. I felt a big sigh of relief. He then texted me the instructions on what to do/not to do after abortion. He also advised me to use a reliable contraceptive pill next time which I surely will follow. Although I support abortion, personally, I don’t wanna go through it again. But it sure was hell worth it,

What I did might sound selfish, but that’s honestly what I think is right FOR ME. It was the bravest thing that I have done for myself. And I am just so so THANKFUL for project 486 for everything that they have done for me. And for giving me this choice. Sad how this country (and all other countries) still sees abortion as a crime. Abortion is healthcare. If men can get up and walk away from pregnancy anytime they want to with little to no consequence, then women should be able to have that choice as well.
